Thanks for taking a look at my trail run training plan generator. I’m building this site becuase I’ve found that even though there are a lot of running plans out there, I had a hard time finding one that worked for me. Here’s what I have found to be lacking:

So this generator is geared towards the recrational runner who is looking for an easy-to follow training plan that is geared toward their particular elevation needs. I’ve tried to collect enough context and information to give Claude AI the right prompting and guardrails to create effective training plans for recreational runners.

Enter a few details about yourself and the distance you want to train for. You’ll get a week-by-week trail running plan that provides periodization for elevation as well as overall distance.

To try to keep my token costs down, the site will only let you generate three plans per day. Make sure you are entering the information you want entered!

I really hope you will leave me some feedback on the your training plan. There is a form that will display after your plan is produced.
